beautifying Your Application with colors, Bolding, Underling, spacing and the like is ENCOURAGED. It shows how serious you are. Bonus points to those that do that.
Spelling and proper Grammar IS A MUST. Without it, you will be denied 99% of the time.
Other People CAN SEE your applications.
PLEASE KEEP YOUR IDENTITY ANONYMOUS. DO NOT PUT YOUR NAME ANYWHERE OR HINT AT YOU BEING YOU.
