Upgrade to VBulletin? O_o

Should we upgrade to VBulletin? Or is that taking this forum too far?

• HELL OF A LOT NICER THAN THIS
• May more features
•Way more mods add on etcs.
•Way more customization of forums.
•A lot more attractive which = new members.
•CUSTOM EVERYTHING @$(&^ amazing.
•Way more reliable (Downtime etc.)
•More professional, taking this to a serious forum. (Not that it isn't but just more serious.)
•Amazing Customer support if anything goes wrong.

Cons
•Can't transfer posts from here to their, so that means we start out with 0 posts.
•Loss of members.


That's about all I can think of, what do you guys think?

*Note* If everybody wants to switch, it won't happen soon we have to save up money, and get some donations. Mostly coming from poison if shes wants to that'd be fucking awesome. But yeah, any help is appreciated, please contact me if you are interested in donating.

Yes. VBulletin is the way to go. If you use it, it just makes the forum WAY more serious and reliable.

There is no free VBulletin, if there is, it's a crack. And people find out about cracks really easily, and I don't want to take the chance. VBulletin licenses cost about $180 for forever.

Yeah, it is a MySQL database file that you download, and if there is a crack I wouldn't use it, because you are bound to get caught. Stay legit for things like this.

Because VBulletin is professional software that is designed for forum use and costs a lot of money. It is for serious forums and shows users that its worth it. It's a great idea if Snorki could get the money.

Alright, with this, we are going to save up to get VBulletin, if we get lets say 10 dollars a week, expect VBulletin in 18 weeks. Sounds like a long time, but we'll make it.

I say save up for it. And get a domain, when you do, it could be one of the best Final Fantasy forums on the web. And BTW, those Chocobo icons are copyrighted by FinalFantasyForums.net. Wouldn't want you to get into legal troubles.
