You can use but you can only use the ones that apply to you.

So normal members cannot use the Administrator one, or other things like that.

Whats this for?

Userbars are just cool things that distinguish you from other people. So you would use the VIP one and everyone would go...."OMG 1337 HAX0RZ, JONNY IS TEH VIP"

Blaze is on the Graphics Designer team nao though. xD So you should make a graphics Designer one.
